If you need adapted coaches, we need you to contact us at least 72 hours in advance by filling out the following form to request the service.

Can you eat and drink on the rental buses?
For hygienic reasons, eating and drinking are not allowed inside the bus
Is smoking allowed inside the buses?
No, smoking is totally prohibited within our fleet according to Law 28/2005 of December 26 (BOE December 27)
What equipment does the coach I rent have?
The equipment of our fleet will vary depending on your needs and the characteristics requested, for example, for the WC, PMR or WIFI service, you will have to find out in advance in order to advise you on the best bus to choose, this may carry a supplement.
Can I decide the tour on a discretionary service or is it a set itinerary?
In discretionary services we adapt to your needs, you choose the route and based on this we will calculate the costs of it, you can also ask us if you have questions about how to plan it, we will be happy to help you.
Are the rental buses adapted for passengers with reduced mobility?
Only some of our vehicles are adapted for wheelchair passengers. Please, when requesting a quote to be able to check availability in advance for the dates you want to rent the buses.

Can a previously contracted bus service be canceled at no cost?
Yes, as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the service. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Is the rental with or without a driver?
Our coach rental services always include the driver.
How to rent a bus?
You just have to fill out the budget request form, enter all the relevant data in the form and this request will be directed to our specialized department. We will contact you as soon as possible providing you with an offer with the price of the service. Once you make the decision, you will only have to confirm the reservation of the bus rental service with us, make the payment for the service and you will receive a confirmation of it.
